After some deliberation on what popular 2000's anime we would watch next, we decided to jump onto the Bleach bandwagon and see what we're missing; and also get us prepared to watch Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. In this episode, we'll be reviewing two films where the stories are meant to be watched back-to-back but viewing order doesn't matter... or does it? Focusing on the ever-popular Multiverse Theory, where a person's individual decisions create alternate universes, these two sci-fi dramas tell separate stories revolving around those choices. The selling point of these movies is that you could watch the movies in either order and receive a different outcome.

Farming Life in Another World

As isekai shows continue to explore every corner of storytelling, we were very interested when farming entered the mix. Today we take a look at a show about the daily life of a farmer in a different dimension surrounded by large cast of anime cuties. From planting and harvesting crops to dealing with unexpected challenges like diplomatic visits from dragons, this show had us from the first episode. You may even find yourself learning a thing or two as it takes a Dr. Stone-esque approach to teaching the basics of farming.

The Anime Stigma

Unfortunately, what is most enjoyable to us is not enjoyed by most. The anime genre and community draws eyes and criticism - and we can agree for solid reasons. The humor, lolis, ecchi and cosplaying is not for everyone and can be off-putting if not ready or accustomed to the medium. However, just like normal cinema, not every anime is suited for all viewers. So we hope, that when you next recommending an anime to a normie, you pick an anime that best represents that viewer, their interests, and isn't filled with all the typical anime tropes that make the outside viewer cringe.
