Average high schooler Minoru, desires only one thing in life - becoming the ultimate "shadow ruler" of the world. Luckily for him, his unfortunate death has reborn him into a world of magic where he can be just that. Obsessed with creating his own secret society and manipulating events from behind the scenes, he enlists the help of his loyal followers to bring his plans to fruition. However, as he gains more power, he also attracts the attention of those who seek to stop him.
